Commercial waste

Commercial waste is the responsibility of the trader or company concerned. They should have a trade refuse agreement with a licensed waste disposal company.

Non-hazardous commercial waste

Non-hazardous commercial waste is accepted during the week at Buckinghamshire County Council's four household waste and recycling centres in:

  • Amersham
  • Aston Clinton
  • Aylesbury
  • High Wycombe

The Site Waste Management Plan Regulations 2008 require anyone intending to carry out a construction project with an estimated cost greater than £300,000 to prepare a site waste management plan.
