Hazlemere Recreation Ground
Hazlemere Recreation Ground is located off the A404 Amersham Road. Take the first turning on the left after Willow Crescent (when heading towards Hazlemere from High Wycombe) to access the car park.
The grounds are jointly owned by Buckinghamshire Council and Hazlemere Parish Council. The parish council owns and manages the side of the ground with the tennis courts; we own the other side.
The rear of the park is surrounded by farmland making it a peaceful location for leisure activities.
The main uses of the park are for dog walkers, walkers and sports. Dog walkers are reminded to clean up after their dogs by placing dog poop in the red bin provided. Co-operation in this scheme is appreciated and helps keep our parks clean and safe for other users.
There are three adult football pitches, one cricket table and changing rooms.
Please note: you may not use remote controlled vehicles (including drones) or metal detecting equipment on any Buckinghamshire Council open space in the Wycombe area.
High Wycombe Croquet Club
Hazlemere Recreation Ground is the home of the
High Wycombe Croquet Club (external website). The club leases the lawns from the council and is responsible for the operation and management of the lawns.
