Commercial waste

We don't provide a waste collection for commercial properties.

If you need to dispose of waste from a commercial property, you should use a licensed waste disposal company. You will need to have a trade refuse agreement with the waste disposal company.

Non-hazardous commercial waste

You can also dispose of non-hazardous commercial waste during the week at Buckinghamshire Council's four household waste and recycling centres in:

  • Amersham
  • Aston Clinton
  • Aylesbury
  • High Wycombe

For more information see commercial waste (external website).

Waste management advice note for developers

  • See Waste management advice note [PDF | 2.5MB] for information and advice for developers about our requirements for waste and recycling collections.

The Site Waste Management Plan Regulations 2008 require anyone intending to carry out a construction project with an estimated cost greater than £300,000 to prepare a site waste management plan.
