Publication of the Delivery & Site Allocations Plan - June 2012

The Delivery and Site Allocations document sets out our plans to support the town and district centres, including specific policies for High Wycombe, Marlow and Princes Risborough town centres and plans for regenerating key town centre development sites, and puts in place vital policies to manage future development across the district.

Between Friday 1 June and Friday 20 July 2012 we published the proposed submission version of the Delivery and Site Allocations Plan for formal representations to be made on the Plan. The deadline for comments to be received by us was Friday 20 July 2012. The publication period was undertaken in accordance with Regulations 19 and 20 of the Town and Country Planning (Local Planning) (England) Regulations 2012.

Please note: The Plan supersedes earlier versions of the DSA (2007, 2009, 2010 and 2011).

Pre-examination changes to plans in the proposed publication version of the Delivery and Site Allocations Plan

We also consulted on Proposed Pre-Examination Changes to the DSA Plan. Between 1 June and 20 July 2012 we consulted on the inclusion within the DSA Plan of a policy of "Presumption in Favour of Sustainable Development" to ensure consistency with the National Planning Policy Framework, which the Planning Inspectorate advised us to include. The full policy and justification are available to download below.

Between 23 July and 7 September 2012 we consulted on Proposed Pre-Examination Changes relating to the maps contained within the Plan. The maps were reproduced to show the Green Infrastructure Areas as referred to by policy DM10 of the DSA and the extent of the Desborough area referred to by policy HW1 or the Green Street School site HW2 at an appropriate scale. The maps are available to view below.
