Reserve sites infrastructure issues
The Reserve Sites Infrastructure Roundtable, established in March 2015, is investigating the impacts, and possible solutions, to infrastructure issues relating to the release of the reserve sites. The group is made up of representatives of the liaison groups, local Bucks CC members, the Chiltern Society and the High Wycombe Society. The roundtable has received presentations from the various infrastructure providers since April 2015.
Reserve sites infrastructure delivery plan
We have published a reserve sites infrastructure delivery plan. This report sets out the requirements for transport, education, open space, and health for the proposed development of the reserve sites (Abbey Barn South and North; Terriers Farm; Gomm Valley & Ashwells, and Slate Meadow).
We consulted on a draft of the infrastructure delivery plan between 25 January and 7 March 2016. We have published a report on the outcomes of the consultation, alongside the final version of the infrastructure delivery plan.
The infrastructure delivery plan includes a summary of the proposed transport mitigation measures. Our consultants, Jacobs, jointly commissioned with Buckinghamshire County Council, has produced a separate transport report as supporting evidence.
Our consultants, AR Urbanism, ran an all-day workshop event on Saturday 7 March 2015. Following the event they produced a report of their findings and the key points raised at the meeting.
