Lacey Green conservation area character survey

This appraisal sets out the key features that contribute to the character of Lacey Green Conservation Area. The full text can be downloaded below.

This conservation area is only a small part of the much larger village of Lacey Green and is located to the south of the built up area. It is concentrated on the loop of Church Lane, to the east of the main road, but includes the school and some cottages across the road. It is the cohesiveness of the building pattern in this location that led to the designation of the conservation area.
