Please request site inspections by 4pm the working day before.

Building regulations require that any person carrying out building work should notify us at certain stages of the work.

The stages are set out below for different types of work.

Occupation (commercial work only, if occupied before completion)  
Work completed (three days notice required)  

Completion certificate

Make sure you have received your completion certificate prior to making your final payment to your builder. The completion certificate will be required for any future sale of the property.

We reserve the right not to issue a completion certificate if you have failed to notify us for inspections in accordance with the guidance given above.
