Sandbags (Buckinghamshire Council)

It is the responsibility of the home owner / occupier to protect their own property from flooding. We will provide sandbags free-of-charge for householders as a last resort during an emergency - for example, when property flooding is imminent. We will only deliver sandbags to pre-arranged drop-off points, not to individual addresses.
