Make a request for information
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 you have the right of access to recorded information held by public authorities such as Wycombe District Council. Personal information held by Wycombe District Council is covered by the Data Protection Act.

If you have made a request you will receive an acknowledgement and your request should be answered within 20 working days, although in certain circumstances we are allowed to take longer to respond. In most circumstances we must tell you whether we hold the information, and subject to any exemptions, supply that information.
Information for which we hold the copyright may be released under information legislation such as the Freedom of Information Act and the Environmental Information Regulations, but this does not automatically mean you have permission to reproduce it. You are free to use any information supplied for your own use, including for non-commercial research purposes. The information may also be used for news reporting.
