Freedom of information explained
Access to information
you have the right of access to recorded information held by public authorities like Wycombe District Council.
Before making a request for information, we suggest you see if we already publish the information. Use our:

- website search facility
If you do make a request in most circumstances we must tell you whether we hold the information, and subject to any exemptions, supply that information.
Our website acts as our publication scheme using the Information Commissioner's pre-approved local authority scheme.
The publication scheme page gives examples of the information that is publicly available, links to the information and any charge of special conditions attributed to the information. Please note this is not a definitive list of information available through our publication scheme.

You are free to use any information supplied for your own use, including for non-commercial research purposes. The information may also be used for news reporting.
You are encouraged to use and re-use material where Wycombe District Council holds copyright. To support reuse, the information is made available under the Open Government Licence (external website). Use of the information indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions of the licence.
