Consultation: New off-street parking places order 2019

*As of 1st April 2020, the five previous district and county councils in Aylesbury merged together to become a single unitary authority; Buckinghamshire Council.
Wycombe District Council intended to make an order to amend and revoke the Wycombe District Council (Off Street) Parking Places Order 2017, Desborough Street (Off Street) Parking Places Order 2018 and all previous orders.
This consultation ran for three weeks and copies of the Order and supporting documents can be viewed below.
Purpose and detail
The purpose of this new proposed order is to:
- vary the means of payment of charges to one or more of cash, payment card or mobile phone payment
- vary and increase the charges
- make other minor amendments to the 2017 order, to consolidate the 2018 order and to incorporate the changes and conditions shown in the notice of proposal
The parking places within the order, together with the class of vehicles permitted, the maximum stay, the charging hours and the scale of charges are all detailed within the notice of proposal.
