Pay policy statement 2017 to 2018

This pay policy statement is provided in accordance with Section 38(1) of the Localism Act 2011 and will be updated annually from April each year.

The statement sets out our policies relating to the pay of our workforce for the financial year 2017 to 2018, in particular:

  • the remuneration (that is, pay, allowances and benefits) of chief officers
  • the remuneration of “lowest paid employees”
  • the relationship between the remuneration of its chief officers and the remuneration of its employees who are not chief officers
