Buckinghamshire tenancy strategy - January 2013
This document outlines what local authorities expect from registered providers of social housing in relation to the kinds of tenancies they grant, the circumstances in which they will grant a tenancy of a particular kind, the length of fixed term tenancies and the circumstances under which a tenancy may or may not be reissued at the end of the fixed term.
Four district councils (Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern, South Bucks and Wycombe) have worked together to produce a joint tenancy strategy for Buckinghamshire.
Please note: As of 1st April 2020, the five district and county councils in Buckinghamshire have now merged together to form a single unitary authority - Buckinghamshire Council.
