Our courses are run by Totally Wild UK who are Ofqual (gov) accredited foragers, leaders in running foraging courses

(If coming by train we are on the Chiltern Line from Marylebone to Princes Risborough let us know and we will collect you from the station)
Time: 10am to 4pm
After introductions we will get in to the mind set of a forager before heading out to discover the vast array of wild edibles lying all around us. Try up to 30 pre made tasters from infusions to jams, chutneys, salt pickles, syrups, salts and herb mixes. During our walk we will harvest a range of wild ingredients for us to cook up in to a wild inspired lunch for the group to enjoy before recapping on the session.
Chadwell Hill Farm is situated on the edge of The Chilterns AONB. Here we raise free range pigs, Dexter cattle and chickens, while our neighbours have a flock of Herdwick sheep. With a vegetable garden and apple orchard, as well as generous hedgerows we produce a lot of our own food and produce for our B&B and Shepherds Hut guests.
We run the farm under country stewardship principals encouraging wildlife to thrive and just make this a lovely environment to live in and forage!
Cost £95 per person
With one night ensuite accommodation and breakfast £150 pp based on two people sharing.Home cooked evening meals available on request.
