WWI art display to feature council competition entries

World-War-One-Art-Competition-Front-Cover

There’s an art display with a World War One theme being held at High Wycombe Library across Friday 26, Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 October.

The pictures on display are all entries in a competition held earlier this year by Wycombe District Council to commemorate the 100th anniversary of the end of the war.

The winning 13 submissions are being used in a calendar that will sell for a minimum donation of £5 with all profits going to the Royal British Legion. Calendars will be available from the WDC reception, the library's tourist information desk, or from the RBL. Alternatively, you can email community.wyc@buckinghamshire.gov.uk to arrange purchase.
