Parking enforcement to begin at HXH & The Rye

Parking enforcement will begin at the Handy Cross Hub site and access roads to The Rye from 2 December.

Parking Enforcement Officers will begin patrols from 2 December to improve safety for motorists and pedestrians, and to deter people from abusing the drop off bays at HXH.

Concrete blocks will also be installed in front of Wycombe Leisure Centre to discourage people from parking on the pavement.

Visitors to HXH are advised to use the multi-storey car park and the Coachway car park provided on site.

Parking enforcement of the access roads at The Rye in High Wycombe will also begin on 2 December.

Double yellow lines will be painted on the main access road to the Wycombe Rye Lido on 1 December and patrols will begin on 2 December.

The access road and disabled parking bays to the west of The Rye by Busy Bees nursery will also be enforced.

Motorists are advised to park their vehicles in The Wycombe Rye Lido car park or use Railway Place, Easton Street or the Council Offices car park (evenings and weekends only).
