As part of the clear desk policy, it's your responsibility to clear your desk every evening before you leave the office.

Please empty recycling and rubbish into the appropriate bin in the breakout areas.

Please let Caretaking and security know about any cleaning issues:

Caretaking and security will:

  • ensure all office areas and shared areas are cleaned to the required standards
  • supervise the cleaners and any agency staff
  • clean up any emergency or ad hoc situations as soon as possible, there is a steam cleaner for such cases
  • deal with any complaints or concerns about cleaning standards
