Our Workforce strategy sets out our priorities for 2016 to 2018.
It is through the skills and development of our employees that we continue to become a more effective and efficient council which better meets the needs of our customers.We aim to ensure that our employees are supported to perform at their best and be clear about what is expected from them for the benefit of our customers andcommunities.
Workforce annual reports
We publish an annual workforce report which provides members and senior managers with information about our workforce in order to inform the development and maintenance of human resource policies and practices to support the achievement of strategic priorities and service objectives.

- training and development
