Wycombe District Council's Building Control Team scoop two awards

Wycombe District Council's Building Control Team are celebrating after winning two regional Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Building Excellence Awards.
The Team won the Best Housing over 10 units award for Elvaston at Rectory Avenue while also receiving a Special Merit for the New Boathouse, Small Private Estate in Buckinghamshire.
Elvaston, winning project of Best Housing over 10 units, has been automatically entered into the National LABC Building Excellence Awards which will be held in London in November.
WDC's Building Control Team ensures that buildings are designed and constructed in accordance with the building regulations, and that all buildings are designed to safeguard the health and safety of people in and around them.
