Help using My Wycombe
My Wycombe is an online service providing information and maps about council services and other community facilities in your local area. You can use My Wycombe by clicking on the "My Wycombe" link in the top menu of every page of this website.
This will take you to the My Wycombe main page. From here you can use any of the following services:
- My Property
- My Nearest
- My Maps
- My Alerts
Just click the tab you wish to use.
You can also use the My Property service by searching for your address straight from our homepage. Just enter your house number, street name or postcode to the following 'My Wycombe' panel and click 'Go'.
On the main My Wycombe page, choose your property from the list of addresses.
Before using My Wycombe for the first time, please make sure you have read the welcome screen (shown as 1 in the following screenshot) and pay particular attention to the terms and conditions page (2) that is hyperlinked at the bottom of the page. The address search tool (3) is returned at the top of the page. This is where you enter and search for your property. This is also where search results will be returned if you have entered address details from the homepage.
My Wycombe returns information at and near to a selected address. This could be where you live or where you are planning to live, as long as it is within Wycombe district.
My Maps can be used without needing to specify an address. Although an address must be entered in order to use all of the other services including My Property and My Nearest.
Please note: My Maps will not appear if browser scripting is switched off - you will be alerted of this by a message at the top of the page.
