How can I identify a pest?
Our pest control contractor can identify insect pests for you, free of charge.
Please phone us and select the "environmental issues" option. We will give you the address of our contractor so you can send your dead insect to them for identification.
If you prefer, you can bring the dead insect in an airtight container to main reception at the council offices in Queen Victoria Road, High Wycombe. Label the container with your name, address and phone number and we will send this on to our contractor.
How to find us
The insect will be identified and a pest control officer will contact you with a suggested method of treatment.
