Can I park here if the ticket machine is broken?
If there is another pay and display ticket machine in the car park, you will need to use that to buy your ticket. You can also pay using the RingGo phone payment service. Details about how to use RingGo are on the car park tariff boards.
If there are no working machines and you are not able to use RingGo, you will need to tell our Parking team. A parking inspector will be sent to investigate the problem.
The Parking team will advise you what action to take, so that you can avoid breaking the parking regulations and being given a parking fine.
