Car parks
We are responsible for providing and enforcing parking in council-owned, off-street car parks across the Wycombe district. We provide over 4500 parking spaces in 48 car parks.
Park Mark Safer Parking
The majority of our car parks have been awarded the Park Mark Safer Parking status. This means our parking facilities have met the requirements of a risk assessment conducted by the police. Use the link below to search the database of car parks with Safer Parking status.

Advertising in Car Parks
If promoting an event, please be aware that any advertising/leaflet distribution within Wycombe District Council owned car parks is not permitted without prior written permission. Should such advertising be discovered by officers it will be removed and a charge levied on the benefactor of the material.

Lighting Costs
New lighting was installed in the Swan multi-storey car park in the middle of 2010, and considerable savings have been made. The new lighting uses approximately 50% of the electricity compared to the old system, which has significantly reduced the carbon footprint and running costs. It has also greatly lowered maintenance costs as the new bulbs are guaranteed for longer and on average last 2.5 times as long before needing replacing.
