Planning policy
The planning policy team is responsible for:
- Preparation of the Wycombe Development Framework
- Inputting to the review of the Regional Spatial Strategy (the South East Plan)
- Progressing Supplementary Planning Documents for a number of key policy areas and strategic sites
The main documents we are currently working on are:
Delivery and Site Allocations DPD - allocates sites for development (e.g. housing, mixed use, business) and designates greenbelt and green spaces. Versions were published in February 2007 and June 2009.
