Make a planning application. You can apply for planning permission online using the Planning Portal website. You can also make a paper-based application.

View planning applications. You can view submitted planning applications online using our PublicAccess website

Comment on a planning application. You can comment on a planning application online or in writing, by letter or email.

Building Regulations. Building projects may also need to comply with the Building Regulations. You need to apply for Building Regulations approval separately.
