Gypsy and Traveller services
Wycombe District Council is required by the Government to plan to meet the site/accommodation needs of Gypsies, Travellers and Travelling Showpeople (GT&TS). Working together with planning consultants Baker Associates, the Council has identified a number of possible locations across the district and has developed an interim policy statement (IPS) to provide a framework to meet shorter-term needs. This document was subject to public consultation in December 2009 - January 2010, and was agreed by the Council's Cabinet in March 2010.
This IPS draws on technical work undertaken for the Council by Baker Associates.
