Council land and property
The Property Services team manage and develop the council's property portfolio to maximise its potential.
Our services include:
- Managing commercial properties owned and let by the council (eg shops, offices and industrial units)
- Carrying out planned maintenance of the council's operational properties - from public conveniences to community and leisure facilities. This includes improving energy efficiency
- Maintaining records of council owned land and property
- Advising planning and other council departments on property issues
- Coordinating of the council's capital programme funded projects
