Sports discount schemes
We operate four sports and leisure discount schemes:
- Wycombe leisure card - discount at leisure centres and on courses and seasonal activities
- Wheels - free travel to leisure centres
- FANS (Free Access to National Sports people) scheme - for high level competitors living in the district

1. Wycombe leisure card
Wycombe leisure card discounts apply in our three leisure centres and on courses and seasonal activities. Details are available in the downloadable leaflet below. For more about leisure centres see our sports facilities page.
How to apply
For an in-district card you need evidence that you live in Wycombe district (e.g. a driving licence). A temporary card will be issued immediately and your permanent card will be posted to you. When your card expires, please keep it and bring it in for renewal, together with a fee, if applicable.
Applications can be made at any of our three leisure centres. For more information phone Wycombe Sports Centre customer services on 01494 688 123.
2. Wheels - free travel to leisure centres
Free travel to leisure centres all year round on buses and trains:
- Catch a bus or train to Wycombe, Marlow or Princes Risborough
- Present the bus or train ticket at Wycombe Sports Centre, Court Garden Leisure Complex, Risborough Springs
- Claim a full refund of the bus or train fare, when paying for an activity
Terms and conditions
- Tickets valid for the day of travel only will be accepted for reimbursement
- This offer is restricted to single and return tickets and one-day zone passes
- Travel restricted to journeys within Wycombe district

3. FANS - Free Access to National Sports people scheme
The Wycombe Free Access for National Sports people (FANS) scheme is a sports development programme which aims to provide support and encouragement to the district's leading, talented and elite sports people. The scheme provides national level sports people with free access to a number of the district's sport and leisure facilities at designated off-peak times for training and development. These facilities are at Wycombe Sports Centre, Court Garden Leisure Complex (Marlow) and Risborough Springs Swim and Fitness Centre.
How to qualify for the FANS scheme
- Currently a member of a national team or squad? (Sports recognised by Sport England)
- Currently listed in the top ten of any national age group ranking? (Sports recognised by Sport England)
- If you are any of the above and live in Wycombe district you could be eligible to access the scheme
