Sports coaching

We are committed to helping develop coaches who are already coaching and to encourage parents, club volunteers or students to become qualified coaches and help at clubs or sporting activities.

We can also provide funding for coaches who want to go from being a level 1 coach to a level 2 coach.

Coaching for children

A number of local sports clubs organise coaching courses for children throughout the year. The sports on offer include a wide range of sports such as golf, netball, watersports, gymnastics, dance, ju jitsu, football, bowls, cricket and rugby.
