Totteridge Recreation Ground
Totteridge Recreation Ground (Redfords) is situated between Walton Drive and Totteridge Lane. It can be accessed from Walton Drive or Freemantle Road.
This is a large recreation ground and is mainly used by the local community. The park has a range of facilities including two football pitches and changing rooms that are available to book through our how to make a booking page. There is also a small car park but this is only open when events take place.
The site also has a children's play area and a small basketball area.
Following discussions with Buckinghamshire County Council agreement has been reached to transfer a large part of the field that lies to the east of the existing open space off Walton Drive to Wycombe District Council to form a larger park.
As part of the transfer the county council has also provided money to improve the facilities within the open space including an artificial cricket wicket.
The county council has also paid for the fencing off of the area of land at the top of the site to the rear of Kingswood Place, which will remain with them to allow access to the school by children and maintenance vehicles.
Dog walkers also use the area and dog walkers are reminded to clean up after their dogs by placing dog poop in the red bins provided. Co-operation in this scheme is appreciated as it helps keep our parks clean and safe for other users.

Consultation on the under 8s play area
We have recently consulted about a possible upgrade of the play area next to the car park at Totteridge Recreation Ground, to provide equipment for the under 8's age group. Local people were invited to give any suggestions they may have about equipment they would like to see included. The consultation closed on Tuesday 4th October and this page will be updated when the outcome of the consultation is known.
