Emergency repairs

We have an emergency repairs service to deal with repairs outside normal working hours. Emergency repairs include:

  • Fire damage
  • Dangerous electrical faults
  • Heating failures for elderly or sick people
  • Major plumbing faults (resulting in a large scale loss of water)

The emergency service only deals with very urgent work, not jobs that can be left until normal working hours. The contractors will usually make safe or do temporary repairs. Permanent repairs are left for normal working hours.

If you have an emergency repair out of office hours you should phone 01494 463 690. This number will put you in touch with a call centre who will deal with the repair.
