Council housing
We manage around 6200 council properties. These are mainly on estates in the urban centres of High Wycombe, Princes Risborough and Marlow, with others on estates in rural areas such as Lane End, Stokenchurch and Bourne End. More about council housing.
About one third of our housing stock is for older people. We have 34 sheltered housing schemes for people over the age of 60 which are located across the district. More about sheltered housing.
Council tenants can use our housing online website to:
- Make a rent payment
- Report a housing repair and check on previously reported repairs
- Contact their Arrears Officer, ASB Officer or Estate Officer
- View details about their tenancy
If you have any problems using the housing online site, please contact our IT and housing Systems Officer during office opening hours.
