Tenant-led transfer

Wycombe's Tenant & Leaseholder Committee is working with Solon Community Network (Independent Tenant Advisors) looking at the best way of safeguarding the future of the Housing Service to ensure that the needs of residents can be met in the future. They want to make sure that council homes and services are brought up to a good modern standard. Having considered all of the options available, it is clear that the only way this can be achieved is by transferring the ownership and management of council homes to a new locally run, tenant-led landlord called Red Kite;Community Housing.
