Council tax bands
Properties are valued and placed into one of eight council tax bands based on house prices as at 1 April 1991. The band associated with your property can be found on your bill or by contacting our council tax team.

Council tax charges
The charges for each of these bands are set annually at a Council meeting. These are set by parish, depending on the requirements of that parish. You can download the current charges below.
Council tax valuation
The Valuation Office Agency (part of HM Revenue & Customs) decides how to band properties for council tax. The Valuation Office responsible for the Wycombe area is located in Aylesbury.
