Our Corporate Plan
The Corporate Plan is our improvement plan to March 2015 and, along with the wider Sustainable Community Strategy, helps us work towards our long term vision; to ensure that Wycombe district is economically strong and the place to live work and visit.
The Corporate Plan focuses on delivering our three priorities around the themes of 'people'. 'place' and 'pounds' - the three Ps
- Engaging and working with our communities (People)
- Sustainably regenerating the area (Place)
- Delivering value for money (Pounds)
Although the plan is an internal document to help us achieve our priorities, we hope that it will be of interest to our partners and other stakeholders. We review our progress quarterly and report what differences we have made "on the ground" in our Annual Report which is published in the autumn (details about our Annual Report can be found on our performance page).
