Our customer service centre (CSC) undertakes ongoing customer satisfaction surveys as part of our commitment to service improvement.
269 customers who contacted the CSC by telephone and in person took part in the January to March 2012 survey.

- 96.3% of customers are happy with the service provided by the customer service centre
- 92.9% of customers agreed that their query was resolved by the CSC
- 88.1% of customers agreed that the wait times were acceptable.
