Reusing public sector information

We comply with the Reuse of Public Sector Information (PSI) Regulations and we encourage the reuse of the information that we produce.

Our approach is to be open and transparent and to treat all applications to reuse in a fair and non-discriminatory way.

If you wish to reuse any of the information that we produce, please complete the application form below and return it to us. Applications can also be made in writing, by email or letter.

In accordance with the PSI regulations, we will aim to respond to all applications within 20 working days.

  • Conditions for reuse of information

    The Regulations allow up to 20 working days from receipt of a reuse request, for us to respond. This timeframe may be extended for extensive or complex requests. In these cases we will give the applicant an estimated response date within the 20 working days.

  • Reuse of information regulations

    The Public Sector Information (PSI) Regulations, which came into effect on 1 July 2005, implement a European Directive (2003/98/EC) on the reuse of public sector information. The Directive aims to harmonise rules and practices, enabling growth of the information industry across Europe.
