Services available

Information and advice about council services

We can answer your queries about council services including council tax and housing benefit; approved planning permissions and current applications; building regulations; environmental health; housing; and waste and recycling collections. You can also view planning applications and book bulky waste collections.

Payments for council services

You can make payments for your council tax; housing rent; community call pendants; and parking tickets by credit and debit card. Find out more about making payments.

Citizens' Advice Bureau and Age Concern

Appointments can be made for The Citizens' Advice Bureau by phoning 08444 994 683.
Advice from Age Concern is available on Fridays between 10am and 12pm.

Access to online council services, fax and photocopying facilities

Internet access is restricted to online council services only. Fax and photocopying facilities are available for a small charge.
