Budget monitoring
The Council's Cabinet is responsible for setting and monitoring our revenue and capital budgets. Each quarter, Cabinet receive a budget report which updates them on the latest financial position. Where appropriate management actions are identified in the report and Cabinet review these to make sure they are satisfied with the overall direction of the budget.
