The following sources of help are available for local groups in the voluntary and community sector.

Grants

We offer several sources of funding to support not-for-profit groups and projects that benefit the local community.

Equipment and materials for community groups (organisations, schools, people)

Wycombe Resource Zone offers equipment for loan or hire, plus a scrap resource for local community and non-for-profit groups.

Support services for voluntary organisations

Community Impact Bucks, are an independent registered charity, set up to provide support for local charitable voluntary groups and organisations within Wycombe district. You can visit their website below.

Our commitment to community groups

We've signed up to the Buckinghamshire compact, which is an agreement between local government organisations (like councils, primary care trusts and the police) and the voluntary and community sector. By signing up, we agree to follow good practice and work together as partners to help the people of Bucks.

Funding for youth activities: starting a youth club

We currently provide a grant to Action4Youth through the Wycombe-One programme, to support the creation and development of voluntary led youth clubs in the district. Volunteering
