How to pay your business rates

You can pay your business rates by:

• Ten monthly instalments
• A lump sum payment on 1 April
• Two half-yearly payments on 1 April and 1 September

If your business premises have a rateable value of £15,000 or less you can also pay over 12 monthly instalments.

Ways to pay

Direct Debit

Direct Debit payments for business rates can be collected on either the 1 or 15 of the month. To set up a Direct Debit, download the form below, complete it and send it back to us. You can also phone: 01494 421 060 during office hours.

Online payments (24 hour service)

You can pay with a credit or debit card using our secure online payments facility.

Automated telephone payments (24 hour service)

Call 01494 421 058 and pay with a credit or debit card using automated telephone payments.
